Joseph Guy VS embodies the house style of this cognac house like no other. Eaux-de-vie made from the Ugni Blanc grape forms the base, after which double distillation takes place. The spirit is then aged in barrels for at least two and a half years. During this period, the spirit acquires its color and absorbs the influences of the wood.
