JP Chenet Chardonnay - Colombard 25 cl

A remarkable balance between the freshness of Colombard and the aromas of Chardonnay. Fresh and aromatic, slightly oily. Palate notes: White pear, citrus fruits, exotic fruits (mango). Secondary aromas: Yellow fruit (peach), developed during fermentation. Food pairing: Buffalo mozzarella, chicken Supreme, green beans in juice. Pelardon, mesclun with pine nuts and walnut oil. Serve at 8-10°C.
