It is, therefore, a blend of various grapes. With this wine, it's not about the region, the soil conditions, or the exact blend. What matters is simply the taste. Not all the sugars in the grape juice of this light-colored rosé are converted into alcohol. As a result, the wine has only 11% alcohol and is semi-sweet with the flavor of sweet red berries. Delicious as an aperitif or with tapas, pasta, or barbecue dishes.
